Product description

  Carbon black dispersant for rubber compound FNS-22B is blend of active filler, fatty acid esters and polar hydrocarbons,which improves the dispersion and surface properties of inorganic fillers such as carbon black. With it outstandinglubricant effect, FNS-22B decreases the Mooney viscosity of compounds, shortens compounding time and decrease energy cost. It improves the demouling property and the extrudability of compound and provides higher injection speed and volume by injection molding. The scorch properties, vulcanization properties of the compound and the physical properties of the vulcanizates are not affected by FNS-22B.


  Dispersant of carbon black and other fillers in NR, SBR, CSM, EPM, EPDM and NBR.


  1. FNS-22B should be added together with the fillers at the beginning of the mixing cycle.
  2. Recommended dosage: 2-4 phr
  3. no influence on compounds containing peroxide, can be used for injection molding.


  Composition: blend of fatty acid esters, hydrocarbons and filler.
Appearance: light white flake or pastilles Density: 1.10-1.30 g/cm3 (20℃)
Ash content: 17-22% Discoloration of vulcanization: none

Safety and Transport

  FNS-22B is not classified as a dangerous good according to transport legislation, so we should transport it in term of undangerous good. It has not any hurt if you use it in right way.


  FNS-22B should be stored in cool and dry place. If these rules are obeyed, the product can be stored at least two years.The production date is stated on the lot number on the labels of each sack.
